For small projects, we sign detailed SOW with feature list, deliverables and timelines.

For big projects, we prepare a ballpark SOW with estimates and initiate the project with a discovery phase, where our product managers do all kinds of research with tech and market analysis on the project, then detail out the project in phases with timelines and deliverables.

We will be using Basecamp/ Jira/ Trello as a project management tool and for the communication, we use Slack, Skype, Zoom, GTM(Go-to-meeting) as per suitability and requirements.

Yes, The AMC will be provided upon request. UAT Support will be provided from a calendar week to one calendar month depending upon the complexity of the project. The support features will be discussed and embedded while designing the Scope of Work for your project.
